At Vafadar we want you to feel safe when you shop. All products we sell are covered by Swedish consumer law and are guaranteed to match the product description and be free from original defects.
Your statutory right to complain
As a customer, you have the right, according to the Consumer Purchase Act, to make a complaint about goods with original defects for up to three years from the date of delivery. For the complaint to be approved, the defect must have already existed at the time of delivery.
If you discover an error, contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@vafadar.se or +46762223531. Describe what is wrong and please attach pictures. In the event of an approved complaint, we always cover the return shipping.
How we handle a complaint
When a complaint is approved, we will first try to fix the error by repairing or sending a new item. If this is not possible, you can instead receive a price reduction or cancel the purchase and get your money back.
Important information

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of maintenance or external influences.

Always check the goods immediately when you receive them and save your order confirmation, as it serves as proof of purchase.
